Stability
- According to the Product Information, Albumex 20 contains no antimicrobial preservative, and must therefore, be used immediately after opening the bottle.
- If the product has been stored in the refrigerator, it should be allowed to reach room temperature before administration.
- As there are no data available regarding the length of time the product is suitable for use after opening the bottle, from a microbial perspective the product should be administered according to directions immediately after opening, until the infusion is complete.
- Any unused solution should be discarded appropriately.
- The stability profile of this product supports a shelf life storage of 4 years at <30℃.
