Rationale
- 90% excreted by glomerular filtration in 24h (IV)
- Thus there is a risk of accumulations in renal impaired patients
- Overdose symptoms include dizziness, headache, nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea. Orthostatic symptoms and hypotension may occur.
